Hydroxypropyl Starch Phosphate (and) Sodium Starch Octenylsuccinate. StarDesign™ Power by Cargill is a readily biodegradable, non-ionic, cold processable O/W emulsifier. It is an optimized and patented complex developed using hydrophilic and lipophilic modified starches. It can be used as a co-emulsifier for low or high oil content (5-60%) of all polarities.

It offers triple function as an emulsion stabilizer at the oil-water interface, a thickener of the water phase, and a sensory enhancer.
It provides fast absorption, richness during application, cocooning after feel, smooth & non-sticky sensory profile with no soaping effect.
It is used to create fluid lotions and thick creams that deliver a nourishing, soft skin after-feel.
StarDesign™ Power is suitable for formulating lotion, butter and mask.
Other applications include color cosmetics, skin-, sun- and hair care products.
It is Vegan suitable, IECIC listed, Kosher and Halal certified.
It has a shelf life of 24 months.
