Caprylic/Capric Triglycerides (and) PEG/PPG-20/15 Dimethicone. Harmonie™ Mesh emulsifier by Momentive Performance Materials is an efficient emulsifier for water in silicones system. It is 49% solution of a polyether silicone copolymer dispersed in 100% naturally derived MCT oil. It offers excellent performance at low concentrations, good pigment dispersion and wash-off resistance.

It provides light, non-sticky, silky feel and tolerates high salt levels, high/low pH and alcohol.
It has low cyclics level and shows high compatibility with natural oils.
It is used in foundations, body lotions, creams, and butters, sunscreen creams and lotions and daily wear SPF.
