C13-16 Isoalkane (formerly C13-16 Isoparaffin) (and) Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer (and) Dimethicone. Harmonie™ Sleek Ionic gel by Momentive Performance Materials is a PEG- & surfactant-free sensory enhancing silicone elastomer gel. It is modified by addition of a naturally derived fatty acid group to boost hydrophilic compatibility with 100% natural sugarcane derived carrier. Offers soft-focus and blurring benefits in skincare and color cosmetics. It aids pigment dispersion to provide uniform make-up and SPF application with reduced white caste on skin.

Harmonie™ Sleek Ionic gel is used in BB and CC creams, body lotions, creams, and butters, sunscreen creams and lotions, concealers, daily wear SPF, sunscreen oils and sprays, eye shadows, day and night creams.
It is also used in foundations, facial masks, lip products, facial serums and primers.
It is listed under China IECIC.
