Cetyl Dimethicone. BRB 2835 by BRB International BV is an alkyl silicone specifically developed for its good compatibility with many organic cosmetic ingredients, most oils, waxes as well as cyclopentasiloxane. It provides excellent lubricity, shine, emolliency, water resistance and reduced tack. Provides elegant dry feel and moisturization on skin. It improves spreadability & pigment dispersion in decorative cosmetics and improves gloss & conditioning of hair care formulations. It also offers SPF booster in sun care formulations. It shows reduced whitening in antiperspirant. BRB 2835 is used in liquid make-up, mascaras & pencils, lipstick/ lip-gloss, body-, face- and sun- care products.
