BRB 1860

Dimethicone (and) Dimethiconol. BRB 1860 by BRB International BV is a solution of dimethiconol gum into a mix of low viscosity dimethicones. It imparts emolliency to skin and provides lubricious and silky feel.

It improves substantivity on surface and thus helps in fixing other actives.
It also provides superior soft & dry feel, good spreadability and a breathable non-comedogenic protection barrier.
Exhibits film forming and long-lasting effects.
Offers water resistance supply on skin and hair, with non-occlusive film.
It also yields shine, high conditioning effect and repairs & protects the hair from external damage especially from split ends.
It is not based on cyclopentasiloxane but on a low viscosity linear silicone oil with a similar volatility profile as D5.
BRB 1860 is designed for cosmetic applications.
