Polyquaternium 73 (and) Dicaprylyl Ether (and) Polyglyceryl 10 Dilaurate. iQUAT 73 by BIOALKEMIA is a ready-to-use, emulsifying-thickening polymeric system for water in oil emulsions. It is a safe substance-using non-toxic natural ingredients and is free of preservatives, acrylamide, ethylene oxide and mineral oil. It is a pre-neutralized polymer working at a wide pH range. Offers high salt tolerance, good emollience and texture. Provides excellent performance for hair care formulations, stabilizes cationic actives and optimizes for use in the presence of cationic and non-ionic ingredients. Shows compatibility with a polar organic solvent like ethanol. iQUAT 73 is used in leave-on hair care type products (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, gel) and skincare (skin lotion, suntan, make-up remover).
