iQUAT 11

Polyquaternium-11. iQUAT 11 by BIOALKEMIA is a high molecular weight, quaternized copolymer of vinylpyrrolidone and dimethylamino ethyl methacrylate. Acts as a lubricant on skin through its film-forming properties. Provides conditioning, holding and bodying effects, with the minimum build-up for hair substantively. It improves wet and dry combability, gloss, smoothness and manageability for hair. It is an additive for improving skin feeling in skincare products. Shows compatibility with nonionic, anionic and amphoteric surfactants. Offers hair volume, sheen, thermal/mechanical protection and prevents the build-up of static electricity. In shaving foams, helps to stabilize the foam. iQUAT 11 is used in conditioning shampoo, clear rinse conditioner, aerosol mousse, styling gels & glaze, liquid & bar soaps, skin creams & lotion as well as deodorants and antiperspirants. Recommended shelf life of 12 months.
