Cetearyl Alcohol (and) Behentrimonium Chloride. iQUAT BTCA by BIOALKEMIA is a preservative-free, cationic surfactant originating from behenic acid. Offers special antistatic properties and unique performance at the hair strand surface, affording great combability in dry or wet hair. Provides an excellent softness effect to both damaged and not damaged hair. It is easy to store and shows high stability in a wide pH range. It can be used as a primary emulsifier or it can be associated, according to the type of application. iQUAT BTCA finds application in hair products such as conditioners, mousse, leave-in and combing creams and corporal emulsions attributing a silky touch to the skin. Recommended shelf life of 24 months.
