BRB 1861 by BRB International BV is a clear solution of an ultra-high, viscosity dimethiconol gum in a volatile blend of hydrocarbon & low molecular weight dimethicone oil carrier fluids. It imparts intensive hair conditioning, improved hair shine and provides a breathable non-comedogenic protection barrier. This ingredient offers water resistance supply on skin and hair, with non-occlusive film. It yields frizz control, film forming and long-lasting effects. BRB 1861 finds application in cosmetic applications.
