Triethoxycaprylylsilane (1-3%), Titanium Dioxide (5-9%), Iron Oxides (C.I. 77491) (5-9%), Synthetic Fluorphlogopite (1-3%) and Silica (22.5-26.5%). KOBOPEARL® PERPETUAL IO VioletOrange-11S2 by Kobo Products acts as a pearlescent pigment. Offers intense, brilliant color and luster in color cosmetic products. Shows an iridescent display and greater opacity. It has violet as predominant color with color travel to orange due to titanium dioxide or iron oxide coated on synthetic mica. Used in lipsticks, foundations, face powders, eye, nail, hair, body and toiletry products.
