Synthetic fluorphlogopite, silica, titanium dioxide and iron oxide. KOBOPEARL® PERPETUAL IO VioletOrange by Kobo Products is a pearlescent pigment that demonstrates color travel (predominant color is violet with color travel to orange). Coating of synthetic mica substrate results in higher colour intensity pearlescent pigments. Insoluble in water and applications in color cosmetics.
