Aqua (57%) (and) Acrylates/Ethylhexylacrylate Copolymer (30.8%) (and) Ammonium Styrene/Acrylates Copolymer (9.2%) (and) Pentylene Glycol (3%). Plascize L-717EM distributed by DKSH acts as a film former. It is acrylpolymer emulsion for mascara, eyeliners and all make-up & skin care products with no alcohol content.
  • It forms a durable, high water-resistant and nontachy film.
  • It has good pigment dispersibility.
  • Plascize L-717EM remains fluid even when thawed after freezing.
