Alcohol (60%) (and) AMP-Acrylates/C1-18 Alkyl Acrylate/C1-8 Alkyl Acrylamide/Hydroxyethylacrylate Copolymer (38%) (and) Oleth-20 Phosphate (1%) (and) PPG-7-Buteth-10 (1%). Plascize L-9700U distributed by DKSH acts as a film former. It is unique, new resin specifically designed for natural feeling hair sprays or low VOCs aerosol system. It has excellent storage stability without giving stiffness and sticky feeling. It has transparency, water resistance, moisture resistance, smoothing effect and long durability.
