Decyl Oleate. DERMAROL™ DCO by CISME Italy acts as an emollient, re-fatting agent and moisture retention aid. It is also used as solvent for lipophilic active ingredients. It is an ester of decyl alcohol and oleic acid. .

It shows good dermatological compatibility and is also indicated as skin softener for dry skin treatment.
DERMAROL™ DCO is used in formulating hair and skin care products.
