Ethylhexyl Stearate. DERMAROL™ OST by CISME Italy acts as an emollient, spreading agent and moisture retention aid. It is an ester of 2-ethylenehexyl alcohol and stearic acid. Shows good dermatological compatibility and is also indicated as skin softener for dry skin treatment. DERMAROL™ OST is used in formulating hair and skin care products.
