Dimethicone Propyl PG-Betaine. ABIL® B 9950 by Evonik is a conditioning agent. It softens & smoothens hair and improves manageability. This ingredient also improves wash fastness and reduction of the fading out of artificial dyes (demipermanent/permanent) caused by shampoos. ABIL® B 9950 finds application in formulating shampoos, rinses, conditioner, shower gels and liquid hand soaps.
