Quaternium-80 (and) Dipropylene Glycol. ABIL® Quat 3676 by Evonik is a conditioning agent. It possesses pronounced silicone character and excellent conditioning benefits. It is suitable for thicker hair types (e.g. Asian and ethnic hair). ABIL® Quat 3676 is used for emulsion type conditioners/conditioning rinses, masks and conditioning shampoos (opacified/pearlized formulations). Also, used in overnight hair care products and hair masks.
