BELSIL® W 3230

Bis-Stearoxydimethylsilane (and) Stearyl Alcohol (and) Dimethicone. BELSIL® W 3230 by Wacker is a mixture of dimethicone with a stearoxy-modified polydimethylsiloxane. It offers good protection against aqueous media. In skin-care formulations, it forms a protective barrier, thereby providing moisturizing benefits. Imparts a non-greasy, soft and velvety feel to the skin. It has excellent compatibility with most cosmetic raw materials. It enhances gloss & brilliance. BELSIL® W 3230 is used in color-cosmetic formulations and hair styling products.
