BELSIL® DM 12500

Dimethicone. Belsil® DM 12500 by Wacker is a silicone fluid and emulsion. Provides a hydrophobic, breathable barrier for the skin. These highly viscous dimethicones are used as conditioning additives. Improves both wet & dry compatibility and imparts a soft feel to the hair and enhances shine. Belsil® DM 12500 is linear, non-reactive and is soluble in ethyl acetate, C9-13 isoparaffins, cyclopentasiloxane and isopropyl myristate. It is used in skin- and hair care products and make-up products. Complies with ECL, ENCS, AICS, IECSC, DSL, PICCS and TSCA.
