BELSIL® RG 90

Isododecane (and) Vinyldimethyl/trimethylsiloxysilicate Stearyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer. BELSIL® RG 90 by Wacker acts as a film forming agent. It is a crosslinked high-molecular weight organosiloxane polymer dispersed in isododecane. It offers non-tacky films which improves transfer- and water resistance of cosmetic formulations. It shows easy distribution on the skin and gives nice, silky skin feel. It allows easy incorporation of pigments and adds cushiony feel to powder formulations like eye shadows. It can be formulated in O/W, W/O and W/Si-emulsions as well as in anhydrous systems. BELSIL® RG 90 finds application in formulating skin-, sun- and color cosmetic formulations. Meets ENCS, AICS, DSL, PICCS and REACH.
