Caprylyl Glycol (and) Phenoxyethanol. ParbFree™ PCG by Spec-Chem Industry acts as a preservative. It has broad-spectrum antimirobial activity. It can effectively inhibit Gram-negative bacterium, Gram-positive bacterium, saccharomycetes and mold. It is paraben esters-free and is compatible with most cosmetic ingredients. ParbFree™ PCG is used in cream, lotion, bath cream, hygienic toiletries, smoothing toner and shampoo.
