Ethyl Lauroyl Arginate HCl (and) Caprylyl Glycol (and) Glycerin. EverPro™ LCG by Sino Lion is a mild cationic surfactant, broad-spectrum antimicrobial and efficient preservative. It exhibits low stimulation and antistatic properties. It is a highly biodegradable and environmental friendly grade.
