Siltech® CA Plus

Dimethiconol/Caprylylsilsesquioxane/Silicate Crosspolymer. Siltech® CA Plus by Siltech is a Q resin modified silane which acts as a hydrophobizing- and dispersing agent. It improves the dispersion of hydrophobic and untreated pigments & powders in personal care products. It provides stay-in-place properties and imparts a soft, lightweight sensorial on the skin.

• It is super hydrophobic, which lends well to extended wear applications.
• It solubilizes and disperses organic & mineral UV filters in sun care formulations.
• In makeup and sunscreen applications, it provides both transfer-resistance and water repellency while offering a pleasant skin feel.
• Siltech® CA Plus is more compatible with common cosmetic ingredients than most silanes.
• It has a shelf life of 24 months.
