Siltech® 105

Cyclopentasiloxane (and) Dimethiconol. Siltech® 105 by Siltech is a hydrophobic, high viscosity silanol in cyclolpentasiloxane. It is non-occlusive and highly lubricious when applied to hair and skin. It provides a dry feel during application. It modifies the rheology, reduces tackiness and offers soft smoothness. Siltech® 105 is used in antiperspirant and hand lotions formulations. The shelf life of this ingredient is 36 months.
