Mineral Oil (and) Lauryl Dimethicone/Polyglycerin-3 Crosspolymer. KSG-810 by Shin-Etsu is a PEG-free silicone elastomer. It is also used as a water in oil (W/O) emulsifier. It offers good water resistance.

It is used for quick breaking creams, water in silicone (W/Si) and water in oil (W/O) creams.
It shows good compatibility with organic oils and esters.
It glides easily on the skin and imparts soft, silky and moist skin feel.
It is designed for skin care and make-up products.
