Paeonia Suffruticosa Root Bark Extract (and) Butylene Glycol (and) Water. Gerbex® Suffruticosa by Shanghai JAKA Biotech is effective for whitening and anti-inflammation effects. It is a herbal extract liquid with active component paeonol. It can effectively inhibit the activity of tyrosinase and thus significantly prevent the formation of melanin.
