Aluminum Starch Octenylsuccinate. Beauté by Roquette® ST 012 by Roquette acts as a mattifying and anti-caking agent. It is a plant-based ingredient, derived from corn that gives a unique smooth and velvet feel.

It provides sebum absorption, therefore gives a mattifying effect on skin and reduces the greasiness and tackiness of cosmetic formulations.
It allows a cream-to-powder type of texture.
It can also be used as gels and emulsions whitener as well as mineral powder substitute.
It is cold processable.
Beauté by Roquette® ST 012 is suggested for used in skin care products, color cosmetics and fragrances.
Compliant with US, EU, China and Japan regulations.
