Isosorbide. Beauté by Roquette® PO 500 by Roquette is a new patented, plant-based, non-cariogenic, microbiota-balancing active, specifically designed for oral health and skin care products. It also acts as a strong humectant, preservative booster & moisturizing agent, providing a long-lasting skin or hair hydration.

It imparts a pleasant non-tacky feel on the skin and exhibits high chemical stability even in alkaline conditions and high thermal stability.
This unique extremely pure isosorbide solution prevents from bad breath (halitosis), biofilm formation and dental caries as well as reduces or neutralizes the growth of oral pathogen bacteria in dental plaque and saliva.
Beauté by Roquette® PO 500 has high water & alcohol solubility and can be incorporated into the water phase. Other key applications include make-up and hair-care products.
It is ECOCERT- and COSMOS-approved.
