PEG-24 Stearate. ROKAcet S24 by PCC Group is an emulsifier and dispersant in cosmetic products. It is a derivative based on a mixture of fatty acids, mainly stearic and palmitic acids. It offers good compatibility and synergy with other surfactants. It is used in moisturizing creams with SPF filter, anti-aging-, moisturizing-, eye-, hand-, foot creams, balms, lotions and face masks. ROKAcet S24 is suitable for hair conditioners, body wash, color cosmetics, shaving cream and foam
