PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil. ROKAcet HR40 by PCC Group is a biodegradable, base surfactant, emulsifier and solubilizer. It is based on renewable vegetable raw materials. It is well accepted by the skin and mucous membranes. It is used in cosmetics and perfumes as a solubilizer of essential oils, fragrances, vitamins and other oil substances in water and water-alcohol solutions. ROKAcet HR40 finds application in hair shampoos, conditioner, styling, coloring & bleaching, liquid soap, body/baby wash, lip care, cream and lotion. It is also suitable for face cleansing & treatment, color cosmetics, shaving cream/foam, sunscreens, makeup removal and anti-acne products.
