Maltodextrin/VP Copolymer. BIOSTYLE® XH Polymer by Nouryon is a non-ionic hair fixative. It is a naturally-derived polymer.

It is produced via the reaction of maltodextrin and vinyl pyrrolidone & designed especially for use in clear, hard holding hair styling products.
It provides the on-hair performance, exceptional clarity, volume and consumer preferred rheology that are typically associated with synthetic fixative polymers, yet it is partially derived from renewable resources.
It has high molecular weight, proprietary hybrid polymer represents a new way for formulators to create more sustainable, hard holding styling products while maintaining cost-in-use targets without any sacrifice of performance properties.
It combines the benefits of natural and synthetic materials.
It is supplied as a 25% active solution in water, it is compatible with carbomer and most common formulation ingredients.
BIOSTYLE® XH Polymer is suitable for use in clear hair gels, mousses, creams, waxes, and other styling aids.
