Provides an exceptional feel to skin. Offers reduction of powder agglomeration, good spreadability and soft-focus effect. It is used in foundations, mascara, skin lotions, lipsticks, pressed powders and creams. Soft focus results in reduction in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles through the use of facial lotions, anti-aging and decorative color cosmetics.
