Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate. SAP-Hexuron™ by McKinley Resources is recommended for anti-inflammatory benefits. It reduces and prevents visible signs of aging through antioxidant activity, skin lightening and collagen stimulation. This grade is a stable, water soluble form of vitamin C. It is produced by direct phosphorylation of ascorbic acid sodium salt and cleaved enzymatically in the skin to release active vitamin C. SAP-Hexuron™ is used in lotions, creams, moisturizers, anti-aging serums and facial cleansers. It is also suitable for use in conditioners, shampoos, toners, astringents, foundations and concealers.
