It provides micronized, controlled particle distribution and inhibits color transfer. It shows outstanding water- and abrasive resistance. It offers fast drying, non-greasiness and good non-transfer properties. It leaves a non-tacky and soft after-feel on skin. Dispersion 1000 is suitable for eye makeup and lipsticks.
