Isopropyl Isostearate. Schercemol™ 318 ester by Lubrizol is an emollient, sensory modifier and slip agent. It has low freeze point and exhibits lubricity without oiliness. It imparts good spreadability and slip. Schercemol™ 318 ester is used in hand sanitizers, styling products, wipes and eye-, facial-, hand/foot-, lip- and sun care products. It is China compliant-formerly CFDA.
