Neopentyl Glycol Diethylhexanoate. Schercemol™ NGDO ester by Lubrizol acts as an emollient, slip agent, solubilizer and sensory modifier. It is a refreshing, non-volatile alternative to cyclomethicone and offers light moisturization. It mitigates oiliness and provides good spreadability, fast absorbency & silky feel. It also offers excellent solvency and good gliding properties. Schercemol™ NGDO ester is used in rejuvenating products, gels/creams/body lotions, color cosmetics, wet wipes, skin-, facial-, hand/foot- and sun care products. Also used in make-up removers, after shave products and toners. It is listed with China compliant-formerly CFDA.
