Ceteareth-20 (and) Cetearyl Alcohol. Promulgen™ D nonionic emulsifier is an exceptional oil-in-water emulsifier. It is naturally derived, ethoxylated cetearyl alcohol compounded with cetearyl alcohol. It offers excellent stability and broad pH compatibility. Promulgen™ D nonionic emulsifier is used in color cosmetics, conditioners, hair relaxers, depilatories, wipes and eye-, face-, hand-, foot- & sun care products. It is certified under Halal, RSPO and China compliant-formerly CFDA.
