Titanium Dioxide (42.2-46.2%) (and) C9-12 Alkane (40-44%) (and) Aluminum Hydroxide (4.2-8.2%) (and) Stearic Acid (2.4-6.4%) (and) Polyhydroxystearic Acid (2-4%). NDAP55STS by Kobo Products is pigment dispersion with pourable viscosity and volatile non-D5 carrier. It is a UV-attenuated nano titanium dioxide mineral UV filter. It has a particle size smaller than 100 nm when measured by light scattering sizing, according to the last Nano Guidance from Cosmetics Europe (Interpretation of the Definition of the Term “Nanomaterial” according to the EU Cosmetic Regulation 1223/2009). NDAP55STS provides the best protection against UVA & UVB, and minimal skin whitening. It is listed with TSCA, DSL/NDSL, EINECS/ELINCS, ENCS, IECSC, KECL and PICCS.
