Silica. MSS -500 by Kobo is an aesthetic enhancer. MSS-500 imparts a silky texture, increased pay-off, soft focus effect and enhanced slip. Provides a non-tacky, velvety or powdery after-feel. MSS -500 is a silica microsphere with an average particle size of 12 microns. Used as voluminizers for mascaras and in other cosmetic care products.
