Iron Oxides (43.0-58.0%) and mica (42.0-57.0%). KTZ® ROUSSILLON by Kobo acts as a pearlescent pigment. It provides rich, velvety rouge reflection color, brilliant luster and superb coverage. Also offers enhancing effects such as depth, dimension, sensual sheen and captivating sparkle. KTZ® ROUSSILLON is a rusty red free flowing powder, insoluble in water. Applications in formulating cosmetic products, toiletries, body make-up and sunscreens. It imparts color and visual effects to lip, face, eye and nail products. Complies with TSCA, DSL/NDSL, IECSC, ENCS, KECL, PICCS, EINECS/ELINCS and AICS.
