KOBOGUARD® 5400 CCT

Hydrogenated polycyclopentadiene (45-50%) and caprylic/capric triglyceride (45-50%). KOBOGUARD® 5400 CCT by Kobo Products acts as a film forming and substantivity agent. Is an 50% oil soluble polymer dispersed in caprylic/capric triglycerides. Improves water resistance and rub resistance, helps to enhance skin adhesion, imparts gloss and helps to suspend pigments. KOBOGUARD® 5400 CCT is used in cosmetic care products. It complies with TSCA, DSL/NDSL, EINECS/ELINCS, AICS, PICCS, KECL and IECSC.
