Acts as an adhesion promoting and film forming agent. It is a toluene sulfonamide formaldehyde resin which helps improve attachment, gloss and hardness. Exhibits superior compatibility with nitrocellulose and polyvinylacetate. Can be used with most of the organic solvents. The film formed has moisture-proof property. Used in nail lacquers.
