PEG-10 Dimethicone. TC-MAGIC 3017 by Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology (Tinci) is an excellent W/O and W/Si emulsifier. It offers good compatibility with silicone and synthesized oils with refreshing skin feeling. It provides wide range of product viscosity by adjusting the ratio of water and oil where the water content of the emulsion can be as high as 90%. It is suitable for cold and hot processes. TC-MAGIC 3017 is designed for makeup products, pigment dispersants, skin care and sunscreen products. It has a shelf life of 24 months.
