PEG-9 Polydimethylsiloxyethyl Dimethicone. TC-MAGIC 3028 by Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology (Tinci) is an excellent W/O and W/Si emulsifier. It is very stable and has no influence on viscosity. It offers good compatibility with silicone and synthesized oils. It can be used in refreshing and stable W/Si liquid formulations. TC-MAGIC 3028 is used in skin care, make-up and other cosmetic care products.
