Trimethylsiloxysilicate (and) Isododecane. PURESIL™ TMS IDD 50 by Elkem Silicones enables film forming capability and imparts substantivity to skin. It offers a fast-dry time, rendering the desired non-transfer, water and oil resistance to cosmetics. This ingredient displays long-lasting benefits and non-greasy & non-tacky feel. It is a Trimethylsiloxysilicate resin (silicone MQ resin) delivered in volatile isododecane. PURESIL™ TMS IDD 50 is suitable for foundations, concealers, lip colors, eyeliners, primers and sun care (creams & lotions). It is also used in body creams, lotions and face creams. The shelf life of this ingredient is 24 months.
