Disodium PEG-12 Dimethicone Sulfosuccinate. PEL-SULF™ PEG-12D by Elé Corporation acts as a mild sulfosuccinate surfactant, plasticizer, conditioning, moisturizing and foaming agent. It is derived from water-soluble silicone polyether compound. When blended with sodium laureth sulfate, it reduces both eye sting and eye irritation. It does not contain any preservative or pathogen. PEL-SULF™ PEG-12D finds application in formulating baby & adult shampoos, body washes, acne scrubs, creams & lotions and facial cleansers. Meets SARA 313, EINECS and FDA. It has a shelf-life of 12 months.
