Disodium PEG-12 Dimethicone Sulfosuccinate. PEL-SULF™ PEG-12D-30 by Elé Corporation acts as a mild sulfosuccinate surfactant, plasticizer, conditioning, moisturizing and foaming agent. It is derived from water-soluble silicone polyether compound. When blended with sodium laureth sulfate, it reduces both eye sting and eye irritation. It contains no pathogens or formaldehyde donor preservatives. PEL-SULF™ PEG-12D-30 finds application in formulating shampoos, bubble baths, acne scrubs and facial cleansers. Meets SARA 313, EINECS and FDA.
