Bis-PEG-10 Dimethicone. PEL-SIL™ bis-PEG-10 by Elé Corporation acts as a conditioning agent. It is a linear dimethicone, terminated with PEG-10 polyether groups. It offers slip, lubricity, softness, moisturization, emolliency and silky feel. It is substantive and compatible with anionic surfactants. PEL-SIL™ bis-PEG-10 finds application in formulating shampoos, creams & lotions and foaming alcohol based hand sanitizer. Meets TSCA, SARA 313, Canadian DSL, EINECS, AICS, KECI and IECSC. It has a shelf-life of 36 months.
