Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer and C12-14 Pareth-12. DOWSIL™ 9509 Silicone Elastomer Suspension acts as a non-ionic emulsifier. It is a water-based suspension of elastomeric silicone powder. It imparts silky feel to skin, reduces shine (matte) and effectively controls sebum. DOWSIL™ 9509 Silicone Elastomer Suspension finds application in formulating color cosmetics, body washes and skin care products. Meets NZIoC, REACH, TSCA, PICCS, KECI, ENCS/ISHL, IECSC, AICS, DSL and TCSI.
