Cyclopentasiloxane (and) Cyclotetrasiloxane (and) PEG/PPG-18/18 Dimethicone. DOWSIL™ 3225 C Formulation Aid by Dow is an emulsifier and carrier. It delivers system for emollients, moisturizers, sunscreens, antiperspirant actives and pigments. It is a dispersion of high molecular weight silicone surfactant in volatile dimethylsiloxane. It possesses features including formulation flexibility and clear water-in-oil emulsion technology. It offers benefits such as cost-effective, detackification, improved spreadability and a light non-greasy feel. DOWSIL™ 3225 C Formulation Aid is used in antiperspirants/deodorants and skincare products such as moisturizing and foundation creams and sunscreen and protective lotions.
